At the moment I am interested in questions of post-humanism and the environment. I am an artist-observer, I consider myself a generation of "children of perestroika". Often the heroes of my work are people who become symbols: time, place, generation, event. I am interested in "man", questions of identification and everyday absurdity. Communication past and present. I am not limited to one media, so I use and combine video, painting, installation, drawing and other techniques.
Art, for me, is first of all the territory of experiment, transgression. I am for the risk, tests and doubts, «untrodden areas». One of my formations is monumental art, it's a very classical education, we were taught to do timeless art, really something monumental, but as I went further and still studied at the modern art school Pro Arte institute, I like working in different media, connecting them, receiving unexpected, experimental results. It is interesting to spill over from one another, to develop an idea using different media, mix it together, be it video or lightbox, graphics or painting.
