Aleksandra Ominina is an artist, curator, was born in Leningrad in 1981.
In 2004 she graduated from the Faculty of Monumental Art at the Stieglitz Academy, St. Petersburg, in 2006 – the Faculty of Art History.
From 2006 to 2019 she taught the position of assistant professor.
Since 2005 he has participated in Russian and international exhibitions and symposioums. In Russia, the works were presented in group exhibitions at the State Russian Museum, Central Exhibition Hall Manezh, in the art spaces Sevkabel, DK Gromov and many others.
Author of three solo exhibitions, the last one was presented in 2017 at the State Museum of the Stieglitz Academy. In the sphere of her research, the general topic of contacts between man in the social environment.
Works with graphics, painting, installation.
Since 2014, he has been actively involved in curatorial activities.
